For the implementation of building and constructing tasks the Municipality has agreements with the biggest domestic contractor companies, which provide comprehensive constructing services. title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\"><h1><strong>Incubation activity <\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1><span class=\"awb-title-spacer\"><\/span><div class=\"title-sep-container\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-double sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>In the area of the Park an Incubation Center started its operation in 2001 with PHARE and \u00a0Ministry of Economy financial aid. This center consists of two service groups. One of them is the earlier built <strong>Incubator house, <\/strong>and the other one is the <strong>Incubator Hall<\/strong>, where offices and rooms for rent make the activity of the freshly-launched enterprises easier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incubator Centre in R\u00f6szkei road<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provides office infrastructure for the immigrating freshly-launched enterprises at a much better price than the market price.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wisivig\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-460\" src=\"https:\/\/moha.honlapozz.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/inkub\u00e1torh\u00e1z.jpg\" alt=\"inkub\u00e1torh\u00e1z\" width=\"2000\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p><u>Parameters of the offices:<\/u><br \/>\n\u2013 3 buildings with the following floor areas: 454m<sup>2<\/sup>, 417m<sup>2<\/sup> and 247m<sup>2<\/sup>,<br \/>\n\u2013 office, educational, consulting functions,<br \/>\n\u2013 fully equipped with furniture and IT equipment,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incubator Hall<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new method applied to promote the immigration of freshly-launched enterprises is to provide space for them in the incubator hall. The <strong>Incubator Hall<\/strong> of M\u00f3rahalom has a useful \u00a0floor space of 833 m\u00b2, which can be split to ten identical, rentable units. The separating walls between the units are permeable and can be modified according to demands.<\/p>\n<p><u>Technical parameters of the units:<\/u><br \/>\n\u2013 the hall is 7m high, 60m long, 14m wide,<br \/>\n\u2013 lightweight structure,<br \/>\n\u2013 separate industrial gates (respectively), their size: 245 cm wide and 275 cm high,<br \/>\n\u2013 60 m\u00b2 of work floor, separate warehouse spaces,<br \/>\n\u2013 social rooms, changing rooms,<br \/>\n\u2013 overhead costs (water, gas, electric current) are measurable separately,<br \/>\n\u2013 office rooms can be rented separately in the Incubator House.<\/p>\n<p>The working hall of the new incubator house was built right next to the main building of the Industrial Park, thus this new working hall creates the infrastructure necessary for the production processes, while for the running and arrangement of business, administrative and advisory, consulting affairs, and also for the technology transfers, the neighboring buildings provide space. This solution would result in direct cost-saving and efficiency-increase for the immigrating enterprises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incubator<\/strong><strong> Center<\/strong><strong> in Szegedi road<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00f3ra\u00e9p Urban Management and Commercial Non-profit Public Benefit Limited Liability Company established an Incubator Center for Enterprises using EU-subsidy. During the implementation of the project 4 lightweight building complexes were created with metal truss and built using “sandwich panels”, with a useful floor space of more than 2000 m<sup>2<\/sup> .<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-462\" src=\"https:\/\/moha.honlapozz.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/inkub\u00e1torh\u00e1z2.jpg\" alt=\"inkub\u00e1torh\u00e1z2\" width=\"2000\" height=\"966\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This investment took place at the western gate of M\u00f3rahalom, \u00a0in the now forming new service quarter. The 9 working hall units to be created can be rented by freshly-launched enterprises and those still in the emerging phase with favorable conditions.
